1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the LUNESTRA digital flagship, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Gemstone Accuracy
While we strive for absolute accuracy in the photography and description of our rare earth treasures, please note that gemstones may appear subtly different in varying lighting conditions. All weights and dimensions are approximate, and items may be shown larger than actual size to illustrate detail.
3. Payments & Taxes
All prices are in LKR and exclude applicable taxes and customs duties unless specified. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties and local taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Intellectual Property
The designs of any bespoke pieces or signature collections remain the intellectual property of LUNESTRA & CO. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Return Eligiblity
Only unworn and un-altered items in original condition are eligible for returns within the stated 14-day window. Bespoke pieces are non-refundable.
